What happens by video
Everything Rosecare offers happens over video: the first comprehensive evaluation, medication follow-ups, and family meetings with your permission. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy, and lab work, when it is needed, is ordered to a lab near you.
When something needs more than a video visit
A few situations call for hands-on care that video cannot provide, such as a physical examination or certain prescriptions. When that applies, Justina will say so and coordinate with your primary care provider or a local service so that nothing is left hanging.
Preparing for a video visit
Find a private, quiet space with a reliable connection, have your medication list nearby, and join a few minutes early. Family members can join with your permission, from the same room or from their own location.

Video visits are available to patients who are in a state where Justina is licensed to practice at the time of the appointment. If a situation ever needs more than a video visit, such as lab work or a hands-on examination, Justina will say so and help you arrange it locally.
